About The Chef

Yadav Vijay Rammuri kicked off his career in Marriot hotels (Mumbai, India), then Hilton Hotels (Dubai) and then joined the five star hotel group Taj Hotels (Mumbai, India). 

After coming to UK, Rammuri made his mark by winning regional 'Chef of the Year' in 2004.   Since then, he has expanded his culinary experience in the Sheraton Park Lane hotel London, Sous Chef in Firmdale groups' Haymarket Hotel, before landing as Head Chef in the e bar.
